Acceptance of Terms

By accessing SAM Studio’s website, creating an account, submitting a registration form, uploading media, requesting a booking, paying an invoice, renting the studio, or using any SAM Studio service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website, platform, registration forms, booking services, or studio facilities.

Our Services

SAM Studio operates as a creative studio, production service, talent platform, modeling agency support system, freelancer network, and event/creative service connector based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

User Accounts & Dashboard Access

Some services require a user account. Users are responsible for keeping login details secure and ensuring that submitted information is accurate, lawful, and up to date.

• Users must not share account access with unauthorized persons.
• SAM Studio may suspend or restrict accounts that violate platform rules.
• Users must update incorrect or outdated profile, booking, or contact information.
• Creating fake profiles, false identities, misleading portfolios, or duplicate accounts is not allowed.

Talent, Model, Creator & Freelancer Registration

Talent registration does not guarantee approval, public listing, featuring, bookings, employment, or paid work. SAM Studio may review, approve, reject, hide, edit, classify, or remove profiles at its discretion.

• Talents must provide truthful information about skills, experience, availability, age, and professional background.
• Talents are responsible for arriving on time, prepared, and professionally presented for confirmed bookings.
• Talents must not contact clients outside SAM Studio to bypass confirmed platform processes where SAM Studio arranged the opportunity.
• SAM Studio may request identity, age, portfolio, or qualification verification where required.
• SAM Studio may remove content that is low quality, misleading, inappropriate, unlawful, or damaging to the brand.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate project details, usage requirements, timelines, location information, budget expectations, and any special requirements before booking confirmation.

• Clients are responsible for obtaining permits, approvals, access permissions, or venue permissions unless SAM Studio agrees otherwise in writing.
• Clients must treat talents, staff, freelancers, and SAM Studio team members respectfully and professionally.
• Any change in scope, timing, location, deliverables, or usage may affect pricing and availability.
• Clients must not request unlawful, unsafe, discriminatory, exploitative, or inappropriate services.
• Clients must not misuse talent images, personal information, or contact details beyond the approved project scope.

Bookings, Quotations & Confirmations

A booking, service request, quotation, or availability check is not confirmed until SAM Studio accepts it and the required deposit or payment is received.

Payments, Deposits & Invoices

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, bookings require a deposit to reserve the date, time, talent, studio, or production team. Final balance must be paid before or on the day of service, depending on the agreed quotation.

• A 50% deposit may be required to confirm bookings or studio reservations.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Remaining balance may be required before the session, before delivery, or before releasing final files.
• Late payments may delay bookings, production, delivery, or access to files.
• Payment gateway, transfer, or bank charges may be the client’s responsibility.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Cancellations and rescheduling affect studio availability, team planning, talent schedules, and production costs. SAM Studio may apply cancellation or rescheduling fees depending on timing and project scope.

Studio Rental Rules

Users renting or using SAM Studio facilities must respect the space, equipment, props, sets, cyclorama, lighting, furniture, and all safety instructions.

• Rental time includes setup, preparation, shooting, packing, and leaving the studio.
• Overtime is billed according to the agreed hourly rate and must be paid before leaving or before file delivery.
• Clients are responsible for damage caused by themselves, guests, talents, crew, or suppliers.
• Food, liquids, smoke, glitter, paint, confetti, animals, children, or special effects require prior approval.
• SAM Studio may stop any activity considered unsafe, unlawful, damaging, or disrespectful.
• The studio must be returned in clean and acceptable condition unless cleaning service is included.

Media, Deliverables & Usage Rights

Final deliverables depend on the selected package or quotation. Unless specifically agreed, RAW files, project files, unedited images, behind-the-scenes files, source files, and full archives are not included.

• SAM Studio may select the best images unless client selection is included in the package.
• Delivery timelines depend on project size, editing requirements, revisions, and payment completion.
• Advanced retouching, object removal, background replacement, body editing, or complex edits may be charged separately.
• SAM Studio may use selected work for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing unless restricted by written agreement.
• Talents grant permission for their profile media to be displayed on SAM Studio for platform and booking purposes.

Professional Conduct & Safety

SAM Studio is built on respect, professionalism, safety, and creative collaboration. Abuse, harassment, discrimination, exploitation, unsafe behavior, or pressure on talents, staff, or clients will not be tolerated.

• All users must comply with UAE laws and applicable regulations.
• Harassment, inappropriate touching, coercion, intimidation, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Clients and talents must respect agreed boundaries, scope, timing, and usage.
• SAM Studio may cancel, stop, reject, or report any booking or user activity that creates safety or legal concerns.

Limitation of Liability

SAM Studio works to provide professional services and reliable platform operations. However, we are not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, business interruption, third-party failures, user-submitted inaccuracies, force majeure events, or issues outside our reasonable control.
