Booking Support

The right booking should feel simple before it feels expensive.

Rental Terms

Clear terms protect a smooth session.

The core conditions are presented simply here. Booking confirmation remains the controlling point for the final schedule and scope.

Booking & deposit

All bookings must be made in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, and the balance must be paid before the rental starts.

Cancellation

Cancellations less than 48 hours before the booking forfeit the deposit. Earlier cancellations may be partially refunded at SAM Studio’s discretion.

Rental duration

The rental starts and ends at the confirmed time. Overtime is charged at the standard hourly rate and must be paid before leaving.

Studio usage

The studio may only be used for approved activities such as photoshoots, video production, workshops, and creative sessions.

Care & damage

Clients must treat the studio and equipment with care. Damage, loss, or misuse may be charged for repair or replacement.

Liability

SAM Studio is not liable for injury, loss, or damage during the rental. Clients remain responsible for their team, guests, and activities.

Extra services

Photography, videography, equipment, editing, retouching, styling, makeup, and production support are available subject to availability and additional fees.

Right to refuse

SAM Studio may refuse or stop a booking due to misuse, unsafe behavior, inappropriate activity, or a violation of these terms.

Can I rent only the studio without photography?

Yes. You can rent the studio only, or add photography, videography, styling, makeup, models, and production support subject to availability.

Is the studio suitable for video and reels?

Yes. The space can be used for reels, interviews, behind-the-scenes work, product video, and short-form creative content.

Can SAM Studio support with models or talent?

Yes. SAM Studio can support with model and talent sourcing, subject to the project brief, availability, and booking requirements.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
