Studio Rental Terms and Conditions
By booking a studio rental with SAM Studio, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
Booking and Reservation:
- All studio rental bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system or by contacting SAM Studio directly.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the start of the rental period.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit, subject to SAM Studio’s discretion.
Rental Duration:
- The rental period begins and ends at the scheduled times specified in the booking confirmation.
- Overtime charges may apply for rentals that exceed the agreed-upon duration. Overtime rates will be billed at the standard hourly rate and must be paid before vacating the premises.
Studio Access and Usage:
- The studio space may only be used for the purposes outlined in the rental agreement, such as photo shoots, video production, workshops, and events.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted in the studio comply with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Clients are expected to treat the studio space and equipment with care and respect, and to leave the premises in the same condition as they found them.
Equipment Rental and Damage:
- Clients may rent additional photography and videography equipment from SAM Studio, subject to availability and additional fees.
- Clients are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment during the rental period, and may be charged for repair or replacement costs at SAM Studio’s discretion.
Liability and Indemnity:
- SAM Studio is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred by clients or their guests during the rental period.
- Clients agree to indemnify and hold SAM Studio harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use of the studio space or equipment.
Photography/Videography Services:
Clients may hire SAM Studio’s professional photographers and videographers for additional photography and videography services during the rental period, subject to availability and additional fees.
Post-Production Services:
Clients may request post-production services, such as editing, retouching, and color grading, for images and videos captured during the rental period, subject to availability and additional fees.
General Provisions:
- SAM Studio reserves the right to refuse service to any client who violates these terms and conditions or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
