TERMS & CONDITIONS
Full payment is required in advance to confirm the booking.
This is a limited Eid promotional offer and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Rescheduling is allowed once only if requested at least 48 hours before the session.
Failure to attend the session (no-show) will result in full loss of the booking without refund.
Late arrival will be deducted from the session time.
Edited photos will be delivered within the standard processing time of SAM Studio.
Any additional edits, photos, or services will be charged separately.
By completing the payment, you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
الشروط والأحكام
يتطلب الدفع الكامل مقدماً لتأكيد الحجز.
هذا العرض خاص بمناسبة العيد وهو غير قابل للاسترجاع تحت أي ظرف.
يُسمح بإعادة جدولة الموعد لمرة واحدة فقط بشرط الإبلاغ قبل 48 ساعة على الأقل.
في حال عدم الحضور (No Show)، يتم إلغاء الجلسة دون استرجاع المبلغ.
التأخير عن موعد الجلسة سيؤدي إلى خصم الوقت من مدة التصوير.
يتم تسليم الصور المعدلة خلال المدة المحددة حسب سياسة سام ستديو.
أي طلبات إضافية (صور إضافية أو تعديلات خاصة) سيتم احتسابها برسوم إضافية.
بإتمام عملية الدفع، يقر العميل بموافقته على جميع الشروط والأحكام المذكورة أعلاه.
